Wedgemount Lake, Whistler, British Columbia
I think it was about two weeks ago when Rose, Ollie, Travis and I decided to go on a wonderful adventure up to Wedgemount Lake. Wedge mountain is the tallest mountain in the Garibaldi range, and we decided to tackle HALF of it. Haha. We only hiked up to the Lake which is pretty awesome because you’re treated with amazing views along the way and a hut to camp in! CABINPORN TO THE MAX. They also have camping pads available if you want to bring a tent. Too bad we didn’t plan this in advance ‘cause it would’ve been an awesome experience to camp out in the cabin then tackle the summit of Wedge or go glacier exploring the next day or two. Regardless, it was an amazing hike which treated you with views of a spectacular and impossibly blue glacial lake. We were even crazy enough to go swimming in it!
