Whistler Train Wreck
Just a few short kms south of town, you will find the Whistler Train Wreck. It can easily be accessed from the South end of Function Junction, or a random gravel area just off the highway. There are lots of beautiful views of the Cheakamus river along this trail that runs along the railroad. But man, when you get to this place it’s like magic. People have just taken over this old train wreck, which was deemed too expensive to clean up, and turned it into something beautiful, art. (Oh, and a mountain biking trick park/area haha).
